The Grand Resort Gift Certificates may be purchased at any time by calling 330-856-1900 extension 1128. The concierge agent will process the order and leave the Gift Certificate under the hotel guest name
specified at the Guest Services Desk or mailed to the billing address used to purchase the certificates.
