Responsibilities
● Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
● Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
● Make recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
● Ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
● Process guest checks and payments accurately.
● Work closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
● Follow all food safety, service, and company standards.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years of serving or bartending experience required.
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
● Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
● Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
