Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member to help keep our guest rooms clean, organized, and comfortable. The ideal person takes pride in their work, is dependable, and understands the importance providing excellent service to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, and maintaining guest suites, guestroom hallways, department storage areas, and team spaces. Responsibilities include changing bed linens and making beds according to hotel standards, transporting linen to and from laundry, dusting and wiping down furniture, surfaces, and mirrors, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, and emptying trash and recycling bins.
Attendants will also replenish room amenities such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and water, stock clean towels and bathmats, and keep closets organized with hangers, laundry bags, and extra pillows. Guest Room Attendants are expected to greet guests warmly in hallways, promptly fulfill guest requests and report maintenance issues such as broken lights or leaky faucets, turn in any items left behind by guests to a supervisor, follow all safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals, and assisting in other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- No degree required (High school diploma or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience in hotel cleaning is welcome, but not required.
- Attention to detail
- Time management ability to work within time constraints
- Friendly attitude and good teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule open to work weekends and holidays, 9:30a-5:30p preferred.
- Can work well within a team or solo
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods during an 8-hour shift.
- Lift and push heavy objects, like housekeeping carts weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, kneel, and stretch frequently to clean low and high areas.
