About the Role:
The Grand Resort is seeking a friendly, polished, and service-oriented Club Concierge Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
- Check members and guests in for special events.
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries.
- Make all club reservations for our members
- Assist members with questions about amenities, events, and programs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate member accounts, as well as assist in resolving billing issues.
- Support daily club operations and maintain a clean, organized front desk.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning reservation or membership software.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous hospitality, concierge, front desk, country club, or customer service experience is preferred.
