Nestled inside The Grand Resort are seven restaurants and six of the finest most elegantly designed bars and restaurants. Within a short distance, five world class country clubs round out the Avalon family.
Avalon offers nearly every type of social and dining experience from breakfast, lunch and dinner to upscale-dining including a variety of bars and pub style lounges.
We offer a unique one-of-kind experience based around hospitality, excellent customer service and an outstanding creative and innovative culinary and mixology team.
Hiring experienced professional assistant restaurant managers and supervisors with a passion and knowledge of food and beverage. Multiple positions available across three locations:
The Grand Resort in Warren, Ohio
Avalon at Buhl Park in Hermitage, Pennsylvania
Avalon Field Club at New Castle, Pennsylvania
The Perfect Candidate:
- Broad understanding of restaurant operations
- Team player who enjoys coaching and team building, can identify staff short comings and provide guidance and on the job training
- Experts in customer service
- Two or more years of restaurant experience and/or current hospitality students/graduates
- Reliable, hardworking and dedicated
- Friendly and enthusiastic Ability to multi-task
- Well organized
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
