What is it? Accufit is electronic muscle stimulation via direct electrical pads to stimulate and enhance targeted muscle groups. This intelligent machine is able to take your muscles through a series of different workouts to strengthen and supplement muscle growth. 

How long does Accufit take? We typically treat in a package of 4 over the course of 2 weeks. Each session lasts 30-45 minutes. 

What to Expect: 
Step 1: Consultation – our expert accufit specialists will undergo a detailed consultation with you to determine if accufit is right for you

Step 2: Treatment – You will be taken through a series of four different cycles of muscle stimulation to specifically target different muscle groups for a complete workout. Each session lasts 30-45 minutes. There is no downtime required, you can return to your daily activities afterward. 

Step 3: Results – Peak results are typically expected 90 days after the last treatment session. Maintenance Accufit sessions can be completed once a month if desired
